  Parents may have been John Croslow and Jane Holden? Or Wilhelm/William Cassler (1783-1854) and Mary Carr (1780-1845). Possible brother Aquilla Cossler b. abt. 1803-1837, William Samuel (1812-1870) and Louisa Jane (1816-1855) In 1840 there is a James Caslaw in Washington, Brown, Indiana. He is not on the 1848 or 1858 tax records of Brown county. By 1860 the younger children Joseph and Tobitha are living with their older married sisters Nancy and Mary Jane in Johnson, Brown, Indiana. Have not found Elizabeth in this census.
