Elsje appointed as first presenter (comparant) and as authorized by her husband Fredrik Beijgel, and moreover qualified to sell, transfer and loss of the purchase of the aforementioned bond with the remaining provenue that this entails for the under age Jan August and Anna Margaretha Meijer is properly invested according to procuration passed on July 24 1790 presented for the notary and witnesses within the city. And following auctioned request and appointement to the respectable Heeren Scheepenen in this city Sep 29, 1790 and registered in the 373 minute registry folio 236 in original shown to the notary.
The honorable Anna Christina Meijer, second presenter (comparant), who is now of age according to the original baptizmal schedule shown to the notary, living within this city. Who declared that they had acquired such (bond) as security in public auction on the 25th of October 1790 and to transfer in full to Mrs Maria Vuurberg, widow of the Lord Groeneweg from Oudshoorn and Jeronimus Nolthernius as set curators and sequesters in the estate of the mentioned Lord from Oudshoorn.
The bond charged to Holland and Westvriesland in the Amsterdam office in the name of Anna Meijer, the second presenter in this, and the aforementioned minors with names Jan and Anna Margaretha for the legitimate portion of their father Augustus Meijer in the size of six hundred pounds of Guildens dated Nov 1, 1784, lettra R Fo No 2020, geagte den 9 Nov 1785 No 6677 Reg Fol: 4676, in dedication of the will of both their father and mother Elsje Melander of Dec 21, 1765, with witnesses.
The first presenter confessed that they were in favour of the purchase of the forementioned bond to be as good as capital and its interests appeared satisfactory, and no right to act or to own it, whether it is the second comparant or the two reported minor children if they do not retain or reserve their sister (the second comparant) in private majority, but accept the mentioned bond for all named on the claim of an equal cost and indemnity, and especially that they will indemnify the first comparator (Elsje) and the restation, provided that both comparators continue to do this transport, in due dilligence.
Thus passed in Amsterdam in the presence of two witnesses.
