  Arrived in Virginia 1625 and again 1628. The records mention William Lucas, born in Salt Ashe, County Cornwall, England, as owner of the merchant ship Supply, which sailed to Virginia in 1625/26. This William is believed to be a relative of Roger and Robert Lucas who came to VA in 1636. Roger settled in Charles City Co, VA, his son William was bapt in that county 16 May 1660.
