      1894 • Princeton, Minnesota, USA
1910 • Dalbo, Isanti, Minnesota, USA

Foreldra var Lars Anderson (1821-1866) som tok namnet Dahlin og Lisa Pettersdotter (1821– 1902)

Aron and August Wilhelm settled in Dalbo, MN near Princeton. Four miles west of Dalbo, Minnesota Aron cleared about 80 acres of the 120 he owned, leaving some for woods and later clearing and still later giving some away. Gustav, now August Wilhelm Dahlin, remained a bachelor and farmed next door to Aron in 1900. Gustaf never married and spent his later years in a rest home in Princeton, Minnesota. It is still in operation and called the Elim Rest Home. He suffered from severe palsy.

Aaron's mother kept house for Aaron and Gustaf on the farm before Aaron married.

Aron by 1900 was married to Selma Nyquist, and they raised 11 children.

Johan Alfred remained in Norway and married Anna Mathea Olsen/Pedersdotter by 1883 and had 7 children including Anna Therese Johsefine Dahlin (nickname Thea) who came to US in 1910. She married Charles Jorgensen another Norwegian born in Trondheim in 1912.

In 1878, the next oldest son Wilhelm died at the age of 23, a tragic victim of drowning. He was most likely working as a fisherman on Lake Vânern. Albert did the same for a short time.
The next year, in 1879, Albert and his older sister Josefina left for America, their destination listed as Three Rivers, Wisconsin. Josefina met and married a man named Ellingson and moved to Arizona.

In 1880, daughter Mathilda met and married Karl Anderson Sjøberg in Sweden. The next year Karl emigrated to America and within a year Mathilda and their son Johan left to join Karl in Stromsberg, Nebraska. A few years later, in 1886, Lisa joined them in Stromsberg. The entire family except Johan Alfred in Norway had all left for America.
