Grizzelle married John Hinton, son of John Hinton and Mary Elizabeth Hardy, in 1747. (John Hinton was born in 1717 in England, christened on 11 Jan 1717 in Sutton-Veney, Wiltshire, England, died in May 1784 in Wake County, North Carolina and was buried in Raleigh, Wake, North Carolina.)
