Augusta County The Last Will and Testament of George Caplener being very sick but in Perfect Sences I will and Bequeath my Plantation with all the land belonging to the same to my son Geo. Caplener and his brother John Caplener and they are to pay a quick at haved to every one of their Brothers and Sisters the Plantation Aforesaid Value to one hondred Pound Curent Money likewise the two that keeps the Plantation is to find there Mother a House sufficient to live in hore life time. Item. however yore she is to take hore choys of one for Milk likewise the Choys of to sheep everry Year for woll but no increes and they are to finds hore Twenty Bushels wheat & Ten Rye every years & one hundred and fifty Weight of Porke Lickwise and she is to have the third of all fruit of the Orchard that Grows on this said Plantation and she is to Choose Ground for Flax every Year no exceding half an Accor and if the two Brothers above named cannt agree & if neither of them Pays there Brothers & Sisters equal part of the land aforesaid mentioned then the Plantation and Premises together is to be sold and equally descended further they are to lett there Mother Keep her bed ofore described. Item Bayson and one Pot and hore Spinen whale the two that keeps they are to lett there Mother to have a horse to ride when she requires likewise the are to have one Years after my decease with out Paying any sum to theires Brothers or Sister and after that they will have seven years to discharge the hole every one is receive the Portable Part every year and after my decease my Stock and all the ret of my goods and Chattle is to be sold at Pubblick sale January 16th 177 before named my two young sons is to have five pounds out of my estate and my youngest Dagter is have three pounds. Caplener deced was proved by the Oathe of the Witnesses thereunto and Ordered to be Recorded and on the motion of George Hammer and of the Execution therin named who made Oath According to law Certificate is granted him for (???) thereof in due form he haveing with (?) Acknoledged their bond.. According to Law Test.
